Terms and Conditions

The following terms used in this document have the meanings described below:

• "Platform" — 77cba's website, applications, and all related digital services.
• "User" or "You" — any person who has registered on the platform or is using its services.
• "We" or "77cba" — the authority operating the platform.
• "Account" — a user's registered personal account through which all services are accessed.
• "Balance" — the total of real funds and bonus credits held in an account.
• "Bonus" — any incentive credit or benefit offered by 77cba.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the condition requiring a specified amount to be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.

These terms and conditions apply to all services, games, promotions, and transactions on the 77cba platform. Supporting documents such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines are also considered part of these terms.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an active account, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false information will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

• Operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a third party is not allowed.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

77cba may initiate an identity verification process at any time. The following information or documents may be requested:

• Selfie or video verification.

Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Failure to provide the required information may result in the account being restricted or closed.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. 77cba is not liable for any loss resulting from another person using your account. Report any unauthorised access to our support team immediately.

The following requirements must be met to use 77cba's services:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You are of sound mind and are using the platform voluntarily.
• You are using your own funds — not borrowed money or funds belonging to someone else.
• You are not accessing the platform from a country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited.

If a minor opens or uses an account, the account will be closed immediately, all deposited funds will be returned, and no winnings will be paid out.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits on 77cba can be made using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for all methods).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.

• Standard processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.

77cba reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions. Withdrawals may be held if there is any concern of fraud or money laundering.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳15,000.

• Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: A deposit of ৳32,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 → total balance ৳47,000.
• The bonus applies once only, on the first deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• The wagering contribution may differ for some games — see the relevant promotion's terms for details.

5.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, 77cba offers various promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are described on the relevant promotion page. The general rules are:

• A promotion cannot be claimed more than once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion benefit may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being restricted.
• Promotions may have a set expiry date — unused bonuses will be removed automatically once the expiry date has passed.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on 77cba are operated under fair and transparent rules. The individual rules of game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others also apply.

• The outcome of every bet is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, the stake for that round will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops, the game result will be saved on the server.

6.2 Sports Betting

If incorrect odds are displayed in the sports betting markets, 77cba reserves the right to void those bets and refund the stake. Any match examples such as Bangladesh vs India are used only to illustrate market types and do not guarantee any specific match or outcome.

6.3 VIP Program

77cba's VIP program has 5 levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Levels are upgraded based on regular play, and cashback is paid out weekly:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

VIP benefits are available to active account holders only. Levels may be reset if an account remains inactive for an extended period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the balance:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing artificial bets with the intention of gaining bonus benefits (Bonus Abuse / Arbitrage).
• Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated methods.
• Attempting to access or hack the platform's systems.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other users.
• Exploiting game errors or bugs for an advantage.
• Operating an account using a false identity or false information.

If suspicious activity is detected, 77cba reserves the right to investigate and suspend an account without prior notice.

• The option to voluntarily restrict your account or take a break is available.

• Registering with false information.

• Bonus abuse or attempted fraud.
• Extended period of inactivity.

If the account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited. If closed without a valid reason, real funds will be returned.

• Game interruptions caused by internet connection issues or third-party service outages.
• Account information being leaked due to the user's own negligence.
• Financial losses resulting from gaming — gaming is an entertainment activity.
• Service unavailability during technical maintenance.
• Difficulty accessing the platform due to the user's location or device.
